About Hammond Property
Hammond Property has it's origins on the Algarve of Portugal. The business was born from a single conversion of a cortijo into a luxurious hosted rental destination. Within eighteen months of opening four different guests had purchased nearby property and asked us to carry out similar remodeling enhancements. With each project we were determined that whatever costs we incurred to the owners was far outweighed by the increase in value to the property. We also feel any investment has to result in a long term enhancement to the property as opposed to the often seen short lived fashionable additions.
Our Process
From an initial free consultation where you tell us your ideas and we respond with what we feel is feasible, functional and value enhancing we will provide a fixed price quotation for all elements of installation. Any demolition and/or construction may involve a contractor of your choice or a recommendation from us. These costs will need to be addressed independently.
Installation Estimate
We provide a quotation detailing every aspect of your project including the sequence of works. Method Statements and Risk Assessments can be provided.
Photographic Record
All stages of the process are photographically recorded to enable us to fine tune our service and to allow the client to see that all processes have been carried out correctly. We often work when our clients are not in residence. The photographs and reports keep them abreast of their project.
Finishing Touches
We are happy to supply finishing touches to your project such as planters, historic olive pots (they complement contemporary design beautifully)
